
Forté Healthcare Returns Policy
Forté Healthcare will only accept returns of Standard Catalogue Products unless a product is faulty, damaged, or has been incorrectly supplied.
Custom / Made-to-Order Items
Custom-made, non-standard sized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
Standard Stock Items / Standard Sizing
Where a return of a standard stock or standard-sized item is approved, a credit will be issued, less any applicable freight costs.
Conditions of Return
The following conditions apply to all approved returns:
- Products must be returned in brand-new condition with original packaging intact.
- Returns are not available for used, damaged, altered, or contaminated products due to infection control requirements.
- Once received, all returned products will undergo a quality inspection. Upon approval, a credit will be processed and applied to the customer’s account.
- If a returned product is found to be used, damaged, altered, or not in a resalable condition, Forté Healthcare reserves the right to reject the return.
- The customer is responsible for arranging and funding the return of products.
- Forté Healthcare recommends using an insured and traceable delivery method to ensure safe and recorded delivery. Forté Healthcare will not be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Should the customer require assistance arranging the return, Forté Healthcare can organise collection on their behalf. Any associated freight costs will be deducted from the credit issued.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Large, bulk, or volume orders are not covered by this policy. Any return request for such orders will be considered at the sole discretion of Forté Healthcare.
- Forté Healthcare strongly recommends product evaluation prior to purchase to ensure suitability and minimise the need for returns.
